Why choose laser hair removal?

If you are tired of Shaving or waxing or suffer from skin rashes or ingrown hairs due to hair removal, then laser hair removal could be the answer for you!

Designed with sensitive skin in mind, these lasers are safe enough to be used on any part of the body and target most skin types whilst ensuring maximum results. Our lasers feature a cooling tip technology which ensures a comfortable pain free treatment throughout. It also helps to keep the skin cool offsetting any heat on the skin from the laser.
Results can be seen in as little as 3 – 6 sessions.

How does it work?

The laser works by directing concentrated light & heat into the hair follicle, inhibiting the hair’s ability to grow without disrupting or damaging the skin’s surface.

Our lasers use 3 wavelengths which allows the removal of multiple hair follicles at the same time.
Our experienced Aesthetic Therapists will take your skin and hair type into account before creating a personalised treatment plan.

Our diode laser machine is designed to work for clients with most skin types.
We do not use IPL devices for laser hair removal. You must have a minimum of 6 treatments to ensure a good result.

What can I expect?

Your skin may appear red and feel hot. This is perfectly normal. There may be slight swelling around the hair follicle. Hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation may occur albeit rare.

On a very rare occasion a client may experience blistering of the skin.If this does occur once treated this will heal after a few days with no long lasting side effects. Please note this is very unlikely but we must mention it. SPF is highly recommended especially when treating any exposed area. Delayed shedding may occur where your hair can take 2 weeks to fall out and during that time can appear to look as if it is growing.

This is temporary and the hair will fall out after approximately 2 weeks. You can expext about a 20-30% reduction in hair growth or thickness after 1 to 2 treatments.
